Meet the Founder
Jerry Lee Hanbery
Jerry Lee Hanbery brings an exceptional blend of legal expertise and real-world business leadership to Blue Spire Law PLLC, holding degrees from the University of Florida (J.D. and dual B.A.s), Yale University (M.A. in Ethics), and the University of Connecticut (M.B.A. in Finance and Technology).
His diverse career spans roles as litigator, CEO, COO, General Counsel, and real estate broker across tech startups, major investment firms, and construction companies, giving him invaluable insight into the challenges businesses face. Jerry’s practice focuses on land use, litigation, real estate, business law, agriculture, and intellectual property, and he maintains active memberships in the Florida Bar, Texas Bar, and Orange County Bar Association, along with executive leadership experience in the Association of Corporate Counsel.
Beyond the courtroom and boardroom, Jerry is deeply committed to conservation as State Chair of Ducks Unlimited and actively involved in Scouting, reflecting the same dedication to service and community he brings to every client.
